Our focus is on helping people make positive changes in a safe environment. Because everyone’s abilities and bodies are different, we like to meet in person to learn more about you and what you want. At our first meeting, our trainers can give you an idea of what type of program they suggest for you. Over the past 12+ years, we've worked with a variety of clients of all ages. Creating fitness programs ranging from mobility and balance to strength training and weight loss. We've helped multiple clients rehabilitate injuries and have worked around chronic illnesses.

Body Building & Competition

For those clients who are ready for the next step and thrill of the stage, we offer competition coaching. Our decorated coaches will walk you through all processes of the big show: training, nutrition, supplements, check-ins, adjustments, posing practice, and more. Pro Fitness offers a pro-custom plan for each competitor so get ready to win some hardware.
